A 12 story 138-room hotel featuring 12 signature suites and classic suites alongside spacious guest rooms ranging from 365-1,250 square feet. The 4,500 square foot pool with private poolside cabanas is situated amid lush landscaping and beautiful gardens. Mr. C restaurant menu features classics from Cipriani alongside grilled specialties and pizzas, which will also be available poolside, and in the lobby lounge. Mr. C Residences is the result of a storied collaboration between two masters in design, California architect Ray Kappe and Italian designer Marcello Pozzi. Ray Kappe’s residences are regarded as “the apotheosis of the California Modern house,” recognized for his designs that incorporate a mastery of warm, modern spaces and environmental sensitivity, which often result in attaining LEED certification. Believing architecture and design should be an expression of our time, Pozzi, who also designed Mr. C Beverly Hills, is internationally recognized for his creative, cutting-edge interior and furniture design.
